Returns and Exchanges Policy

Lacrosse Plus does not believe in charging the customer extra fees for the sake of making an easy profit. Please contact our store if you have additional questions not covered by our policies. You can call us directly at 717-695-7237.

  • Please use this form to receive a Return Authorization (RA #) number before returning any items. No items will be returned without a proper RA# issues by Lacrosse Plus.
  • Get a Return Authorization number here.
  • All Returns must be made within 60 days of the original order date.
  • No used or worn gear will be accepted.
  • There are no restocking fees when exchanging at Lacrosse Plus.
  • For any return in which an item had free shipping, a deduction against the return shall include the cost of the actual shipping amount. In the event a customer paid for shipping, if the actual shipping charge was more then what the customer paid – Lacrosse Plus will deduct the difference on the refund amount.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges, from the customer to Lacrosse Plus and Lacrosse Plus back to the customer.
  • There are absolutely no returns on Jocks or Under Garments.
  • We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Price Matching Policy

Lacrosse Plus believes in providing the best pricing available in the business. If you see the same in-stock product on another web site for a lower price, please call 717-695-7237 or e-mail us at info@lacrosseplus.net. You will feel confident in knowing Lacrosse Plus has a no hassle policy for price matching. For any price matching, we do require the competitor to have the product in stock. Due to variable exchange rates, the competitor must be USA based company.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Lacrosse Plus does not believe in charging the customer extra fees in shipping for the sake of making a easy profit. Please contact customer service if you feel that your shipping fees were not within our guidelines:

  • There are no handling charges at Lacrosse Plus
  • Please allow up to 2 (two) business days for ground orders to ship.
  • Ground order typically deliver in 5 to 7 business days (Saturday and Sunday are NOT business days).
  • Orders with different billing and shipping addresses will not be released until proper verification can be provided.
  • Shipping days include business days only: Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday do not represent business days in accordance with Fed-Ex and UPS guidelines.
  • For expedited shipping, Next Day, 2 Day or 3 Day, orders placed by 10:00AM EST will ship the same day on most occasions. Any order placed after 10:00AM EST will ship the following business day.
  • PO/FPO Orders: Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail
  • The customer assumes responsibility for any duty, taxes, and customs charges. These costs require payment upon receipt of the shipment. The customer agrees to pay charges for any refused shipments.
  • Any order that is being sent to a freight forwarding company or pickup location (PO Box, UPS Store, etc) will be put on a minimum 30 day hold. This is to protect the end card holder and Lacrosse Plus against credit card fraud.

International Shipping Policy

Lacrosse Plus offers International Customers the best customer service allowed. Please contact customer service at info@lacrosseplus.net for any International purchasing or shipping questions. The customer assumes responsibility for any duty, taxes, and customs charges. These costs require payment upon receipt of the shipment. The customer agrees to pay charges for any refused shipments.

  • Lacrosse Plus will run a credit card verification on each international order. This is to provide safety from fraudulent behavior to both our customers and Lacrosse Plus. Each order will be subject to a risk management screening.
  • Any order that is being sent to a freight forwarding company or pickup location (PO Box, UPS Store, etc) will be cancelled and refunded immediately. WE WILL NOT SHIP TO A FREIGHT FORWARDER! This is to protect the end card holder and Lacrosse Plus against credit card fraud.
